One of the most indepth sports management simulations ever made, Authentic team and player management, Great balance between crunching numbers and dealing with players as real people, Outstanding support for online leagues.
Faster sim speed; replay for online leagues; better historical league accuracy; built-in historical rosters.

Cons:

Not a whole lot here that could be categorized as brand new, A few realism issues with the current major league rosters.
New animations lame; GMs need to manage rosters better; default 2008 roster stats are off; incompetent scouts.
