Pros

Great balance between missions and sandbox gameplay.
Really cool weapons.
GeoMod the way it SHOULD be done.
You can destroy everything.
Challenging singleplayer.
Excellent multiplayer modes.
Looks great.
Crunchy sound effects.
Looks even better in higher resolutions.
Phenomenal environmental destruction.
Sturdy frame rates (90% of the time).

Cons

Carry limit feels artificial in this sort of game.
Colonist AI works against your progress.
Apparent memory leak with PC version caused some performance issues.
Weak story.
Can get repetitive.
Performance stutters during big fights.
May not play as smoothly, depending on your configuration and level of detail.
SLI and surround sound issues.
Gameplay can get repetitive.
Retarded A.I.
