Pros

Inventive time manipulation powers.
Creative weapons, all of which are fun to shoot.
Intense levels.
Fun story.
TMD makes combat fun.
Impressive set pieces.
The gameplay is exciting from beginning to end.
Decent sense of variety with E99 abilities.
TMD powers provide excellent use in and out of combat.
Multiplayer is engaging.
Sufficiently creepy and intense at the right moments.
Shooting at mutants doesn't get more fun.
Time-manipulation powers keep the action interesting.
Setpiece battles, boss fights, and puzzles mix up the pace.

Cons

Simple, primarily crate-based puzzles.
Slow start.
Limited multiplayer options.
Uninspired story.
Lack of a memorable soundtrack, or even a particular song.
Derivative of seminal shooters.
Texture pop-in.
Visuals are behind the times, Scattered glitches.
