Small size, long flat cables, silent operation, lovely build quality, relatively little heat, great features, excellent warranty
Delivered full power at 45°C, Tight enough voltage regulation at 12V, Efficient, Quiet operation at lower loads, Haswell ready, Flat and stealth modular cables, Small dimensions

Cons:

A tad pricier than the competition, ripple is slightly higher than we would expect for an 80Gold PSU, secondary capacitors are not as good as they could be
Stiff MSRP, Ripple suppression, Very low holdup time, Warranty period should be longer, The fan's blades can come in contact with the top grille if you install the PSU with the fan facing downwards (Enermax is already dealing with this problem)
