Cons

Lack of quad SLI supportability.
Would be great to see the 80PLUS certification kicked up a level.
Load noise levels could still use some improvement.
Loose voltage regulation at 3.3V.
Mediocre performance at CL tests.
Only two PCIe connectors and three peripheral connectors.
Noisy fan at high loads & ambient.
Only one cable with three connectors for peripheral power connectors.
