Canon’s PIXMA iX6850 is a very able A3 printer, which produces excellent photos and good plain paper prints. It handles direct wireless prints well and is quick and inexpensive to run. There’s better value to be had if you shop around though, so it will probably come down to a direct comparison of print samples to make a final decision.
