Compatibility with older chipsets.
Excellent price/performance ratio.

Virtualization Support.

Cons

Cheaper Propus core used for Phenom II branding.
Lack of L3 cache is noticeable in some cases.
Oscillating performance.
Calling it a PhenomII makes me want an L3 cache.

This CPU is a very stable choice if you plan to just use it for normal use or for overclocking. You get a lot of performance for 85$ and with some overclocking you can boost the performance much higher. I really think this CPU would be a good choice...
