Excellent scan quality.
Vertical output makes scanning in tight spaces easy.
Fast scanning time.
Small and portable.
Scans to Evernote.
Converts documents with included OCR software.
Runs via USB cable.
Single-button scanning.
Scan directly to Evernote and Google Docs.
Easy to create multipage PDF, Word, or Excel files.
Can scan postcards, plastic cards, and other thick items.
Ability to clean rollers and camera.
PC and MAC compatible.

Cons

Lacks TWAIN driver support.
Document feeder tray a little flimsy.
Less included software than bigger more expensive siblings.
Carrying case is extra.
One page at a time scanning.
Need to install software before use (not just plug-and-play).
Not Twain/WIA compliant.
You can only scan using the ScanSnap software.
Single-side scanning only.
Can be a little slow.
Not suited for scanning photographs.
Scans one sheet at a time.
