Bright, vivid display.
Outstanding battery life.
Powerful dual-core CPU.
Good camera.
Truly innovative.
The added docks are pure awesome.
Able to turn into a desktop/notebook device.
Fingerprint scanner.
Unique laptop dock and other accessories.
Solid reception and voice quality.
MicroSDHC slot for adding to the 16GB of standard storage.

Cons

User interface can stutter.
Uses FroYo not Gingerbread.
Lapdock not all that fast.
Motoblur interface is not that great and slows down the phone.
Expensive.
Many software glitches.
Slow 4G speeds.
Lags when used with accessory dock.
Overpriced accessories.
Overly glossy screen.
Not all apps leverage dual-core speed.
Lapdock is terribly expensive.
Cameras are just OK.
