Solidly built phone; Nice screen; Easy to hold and use; Compact design despite the 4″ screen
Fast 4G speeds, World phone, Gorgeous screen, Comfortable to hold and use.
Very sturdy design, Streams media to other devices over WiFi.

Cons:

Sense overlay uses up most of the phone's RAM, Poor battery life
A bit thick, Mediocre battery life
Single core CPU won't excite specs fanatics, but hey, it's only $99 on contract
The stubborn back cover is hard to remove and the speakerphone could be better. A dedicated hardware shutter button wouldn't go amiss
