Asus ZenWatch 3

If we lived in a world where Android Wear was not in limbo, I'd recommend the ZenWatch 3 with very little reservation. If you want a smartwatch powered by Android Wear, it's absolutely one of the best you can get. The display is solid, and it's got ambient light sensors despite being completely round. The software has been tweaked a little, and it's optimized well with the Snapdragon 2100. Aesthetically, I think the ZenWatch 3 is a winner. You might not dig the bold, steampunk-y design, but it's a refreshing change.

Asus did a great job refining its latest Android Wear smartwatch. The ZenWatch 3 has one of the best displays of any smartwatch, great battery life and is built well. It’s missing a few features but it’s an undeniably attractive smartwatch.

ASUS has delivered what is likely the most well-rounded smartwatch to date. With a beautiful design, great display, excellent performance, and solid hardware, it's very difficult not to fall in love with the ZenWatch 3. If you know the smartwatch concept is for you, the ZenWatch 3 is a great choice and you almost certainly won't be disappointed.

Though it lacks GPS and a heart rate monitor, the affordable Asus Zenwatch 3 sports an attractive design and long battery life.
