Decent sound.
Low price.
Well made and look good.
Positively slim and attractive.
Lightweight.
Sounds great connected to a PC or Mac.

Cons

Cords could be longer.
Not so nice across varied scenarios (TV, iPod, Gaming).
No convenient on/off switch.
Too many wires.
