Pros

Portable, rugged, and doesn't take up lap desk space.
Good bass, considering the size.
Only one cable for both power and sound input.
Doesn't put too much of a demand on your laptop's battery.
Good for travel.
Very well built.
Great mids and highs.
Superb soundstage.
Easy installation and storage.
3.5mm jack for PMP use.

Cons

Doesn't work well when directional sound cues are important.
May be a bit long for smaller laptops.
Lightly veiled sound.
Laptop cannot be fully closed when installed.
