Pros

Better value than HP MediaSmart LX195; four swappable drive bays; onetouch USB backup.
Simple to use Windows Home Server interface.

Cons

Included software is pretty basic.
Networking nightmare if your PC cannot detect NAS with UPnP. Remote access difficult to setup.
