Extremely easy to setup, Even easier to use, Amazingly fast transfer speeds.

Cons

The worst that can be said is that the generous technical support policy is no longer free after three years.
Drives are hard to access, replace, and format.
Loud when in use, Interface lacks media previews, Occasional crashes
