Pros

Light and easy to use.
Great Backup feature with Acronis.
Comes with laptop adapter card.
Backwards compatible to USB 2.0.
Very portable.
Everything needed to use on a laptop with an Express Card slot.
USB 3.0 Speed.
Capacity.
Amazing read/write speeds.
5 year limited warranty.

Cons

Cable is too short.
Expensive for 500GB.
Currently only available in 500GB.
No desktop card included.
Until you have USB 3.0 in your laptop, you have to use an ExpressCard/34 card.
ExpressCard needs extra USB port for power.
Random hot-swap issues on some hosts.
