Touchscreen.

Good browser, smooth, easy to use interface.
Plenty of great applications and games.
Big, gorgeous screen.
Works with current iPhone/iPod touch apps.
Up to a 64GB of memory (and 8 hours of battery life) in a slim package.
Movies, music, internet and more.
The most natural email and web viewer on the planet.
Optimized apps games look and play beautifully.
Killer virtual keyboard.

Cons

Photo quality is mediocre.
There's still no Adobe Flash suppor.
Ports for HDMI, USB, and SD all require adapters.  
Fingerprint magnet.
Charging time.
Limited apps.
Too heavy for single-handed use.
Single loudspeaker.
Apps are much more expensive compared to iPhone's.
No video chat.
Expensive Look and Feel.
Limited as a gaming platform.
