Microsoft Surface Pro 2
The Surface Pro 2 is the follow up of last year’s Surface tablet from Microsoft. The Surface Pro 2 is powered by an Intel Haswell processor and comes in different versions, 64GB and 128GB of storage with 4GB of RAM, as well as 256GB and 512GB editions with 8GB of RAM. Last but not least, the Surface Pro 2 sports USB 3.0 and a mini DisplayPort.
A super fast Windows PC.
Improved battery life.
Combination of touch, keyboard, mouse, and pen.
Current-gen Haswell processor.
Windows 8.1 a better experience.
MicroSD expansion slot.
Heavy and thick for a tablet.
Not perfect on your lap for a laptop.
Lack of apps for tablet use.
The base 64GB version may leave you starved for storage.
The keyboard cover, practically required, should be included instead of sold separately.

The Surface Pro 2 is a different kind of device, aimed at people who need to edit videos, create digital art, run a dozen applications at once, or kick back with some full-blown PC games. The fact that you can do those things on a tablet that still feels comfortable for Facebook, Netflix, or solitaire is no small achievement, and a sign that the best of both worlds might be attainable if Microsoft keeps chipping away.80
