Pros

Treats streaming video apps as a separate input.
Supports Bluetooth remote and other peripherals.
Inky, deep blacks.
QWERTY keyboard remote control.
Robust internet app suite.
Appealing design.
Excellent viewing angles.
Solid image quality.
Lots of connectivity, including WiFi.
Very low power consumption.
Less expensive than other local dimming LED-based LCDs.

Cons

Remote control is a bit too big and thick.
Surround sound lacks depth.
No YouTube or Hulu Plus.
Can't hide/minimize menus during video calibration.
Minor software glitches, such as no signal "Info" during HDMI viewing.
Requires firmware update to play media on USB drive.
Some LED blooming.
Slightly noisy SD picture.
Doesn't swivel.
Picture settings can only be adjusted via remote.
