Benchmarks: Encoding Performance

The 6950X's HandBrake encoding performance was rather special at 10% faster than the 5960X and 3% faster than the dual Xeons.

Testing with Hybrid we see that the 6950X was 12% faster than the 5960X but 2.4% slower than the Xeon E5-2670 processors.

The 6950X was 18% faster than the 5960X in the first pass and 23% faster in the second pass when compared to the 5960X.
