Benchmarks: Far Cry Primal, Overwatch, Star Wars Battlefront

Far Cry Primal only played at 40fps using the GameRock PE graphics card which isn't great. Adding a second card boosted the 4K performance to a much more impressive 79fps and this was an incredible 98% boost in performance for almost perfect scaling.

Another game that scales well with SLI is Overwatch, though it could easily be argued that 98fps with a minimum of 90fps is more than sufficient at 4K. Still, once those high refresh rate 4K displays land, a pair of GTX 1080's will deliver an amazing Overwatch 4K experience.

For the fast paced action first person shooter that is Star Wars Battlefront, an average of 55fps at 4K isn't quite good enough. Granted, the game is still very playable, but in my opinion the difference between say 60fps and 90fps in this game is huge. The mouse input in particular feels much more fluid. This makes the 93% scaling seen here very welcomed, as it took the Palit GTX 1080 GameRock PE SLI frame rate to 106fps.
