Benchmarks: Left 4 Dead, Supreme Commander
Left 4 Dead is a relatively new game that has become very popular. Those looking to get in on the zombie killing action on the cheap side will love the Radeon HD 4770. This $100 graphics card was able to deliver an impressive 88fps at 1920x1200 with the maximum visual quality settings enabled. Although it was some 7% slower than the Radeon HD 4850, it was 9% faster than the Radeon HD 4830 and 16% faster than the GeForce 9800 GT.
The Supreme Commander results were tight and the Radeon HD 4770/4850 and GeForce 9800 GTX+ all delivered similar performance.
