Benchmarks: World in Conflict Soviet Assault, Wolfenstein
Running World in Conflict at 2560x1600, the GeForce GTX 480 was found to be a significant 22% faster than the Radeon HD 5870. The card was just 6% slower than the dual GPU GTX 295 and 18% slower than the Radeon HD 5970.
Disappointingly in our last test, with Wolfenstein running at 2560x1600, the GeForce GTX 480 was 5% slower than the Radeon HD 5870. The card still delivered a very playable 69fps and was to match the performance of the Radeon HD 5770 Crossfire configuration.
