Benchmarks: Atto Disk Benchmark
The DS2413+ delivered similar read performance to the DS713+ in Atto Disk Benchmark's read test. Starting at 15MB/s when working with 1K data, the DS2413+ quickly jumped to 63MB/s for the 8K test and then 103MB/s for 32K and finally 119MB/s when working with 128K data – considerably faster than the Thecus N5550 (though this is a budget NAS) as well as the 2-bay QNAP TS-269L.
Atto Disk Benchmark's write performance results were similar: the DS2143+ was particularly fast here, often providing much more performance than the DS713+ with the DX513.
