The SiSoft2007 processor test suggests that the desktop test system processor is roughly 23% faster, according to the ALU test. However, this is not all that surprising given the Pentium 4 660 is clocked significantly higher and pumps out several times more heat. Despite being clocked 50% higher, the SiSoft2007 processor test did indicate that the Pentium 4 660 is just 23% faster. The AMD Turion64 ML-44 did surprisingly well when it came to Super PI calculations, as it was just 8% slower when making the 1MB calculation.
