Benchmarks: Crysis

Like most of today's graphics cards, the GeForce 9800 GTX still struggles in Crysis using high quality visual settings. When testing at 1440x900 48fps were rendered, though this did make the 9800 GTX graphics card 21% faster than the 8800 GTS 512 and 33% faster than the 8800 GTX.

It is also worth noting that the 9800 GTX delivered similar performance to that of the Radeon HD 3870 X2 in Crysis when rendering in DX9 mode.

Using DX10 mode, the GeForce 9800 GTX was found to be just 13% faster than the 8800 GTS 512 and 19% faster than the 8800 GTX graphics card. Again the performance margin between the 9800 GTX and Radeon HD 3870 X2 was very small, making the 9800 GTX performance a little bit more impressive.
