I need help. that simple.
I can not get my background to change, and i have tried everything. When i see a pic on the internet i like and right hand click on it, go to set as back ground, a small window comes up and says, access denied. I have gone to my control panel and tryed to change there to a default, wont do it. It looks like it has changed in the control panel window, but not the actual desktop. I am so tired of the one i have now and want it changed. please help me. I'm not real computer savy either so go slow with me, thanks to any help.
