I want to know the link and steps to start new post?

You will need to have a look at the individual -->Forums (http://www.techspot.com/vb/)

Then click on the most appropriate forum title for your computer issue.

As an example --> Windows OS (http://www.techspot.com/vb/menu15.html)

Inside each of these individual forums you will find a --> New Thread (http://www.techspot.com/vb/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=15) button.

As an example --> Windows OS New Thread (http://www.techspot.com/vb/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=15).

Then write the Title in (eg Windows won't start)) And then the Message (eg I have a Dell computer, that pops up message... )
The more detailed information that you provide in your message, the easier it will be for support members to help provide the best answer.

Once you are happy with your New Post message, you can then click: Submit New Thread
The amount of time, to receive a support response, will vary depending upon what your question is.
