Cant post a thread

I am a new user to your site and have activated my account. I introduced myself in the introduction forum successfully.I cant seem to start a new thread in the guides and solved issues forum.Please help coz it says i dont have the priveleges.What should i do.

You cannot create new threads in that section, it is only meant for threads that have been either resolved or deemed as a very good source of information by the moderators which then move the threads from their original sub-forum to the "guides & solved issues" one.
