Cheap or decent fan controller for my vantec tornado

just and the post implies, i'm looking for a cheap or decent fan controller for my vantec tornado. its a good fan and moves alot of air, but its just to loud for idle use. i only want to crank it up durring gaming sessions and i see now i will need a fan controller. i tried changing the rpms through speedfan, but it had no effect so now i'm looking for a fan controller at a decent price. anyone have any suggestions? i would really appreciate any help. thanks
