Cant start new thread

im able to login and see myself online but i try to start a new thread it tells me no way, so boss man can you help me, sorry to be a pain.

all i know is im getting this message "panicbox, you do not have permission to access this page"

You are currenlty shown as a "Registered User". This means you have not fully activated your account yet. Once this is done you will be a "Newcomer in Training". Go back and check your email for the activation email and complete the registration that way.

If you still have problems post back here and Julio will be able to take care of ya.

Panicbox, I have now manually activated your account.

Poert is correct in that you needed to activate your account (through the link emailed to you) before you could start a new thread.
But because email can sometimes fail, we have this troubleshooting forum open to help :).
