i've seen these tiny laptop offers everywhere, but what i want to know is re they any good?

I think he refers to the "Tiny" computer brand. As far as I can remember those are distributed in the UK?

They must be dubious, in some of the UK magazines they use over 20 pages to advertise their wares. If you need that much advertising, you are normally not very good, is my experience.
Knowledge123 should look at Panther Carrera or Mesh machines instead.
