while booting,
i receive a message
"scanning IDE drives.....
No Array is defined...
Press <Ctrl-F> to enter FastBuild(tm) Utility or Press <Esc> to continue booting"
when in enter window, every program I enter will jump to another program,it keep blinking and fool around, how to settle the problem?

That's a message that your onboard RAID controller is trying to see if it has any drives attached to it forming an array of disks, and its not finding any. If its upsetting you, try disabling the onboard RAID (which I am guessing it is) in your machine's BIOS.

Dunno why that would make your other problem happen, though ("when in enter window, every program I enter will jump to another program,it keep blinking and fool around, how to settle the problem?") - I am not sure how that is related to the RAID controller issue.
