Greetings and thanks for letting me join your community. I know little about computers beyond running Norton Utilities or Scan Disk. Still, ever the optimist, I thought I could resolve problems simply by going on the Internet. I'm not so sure anymore, because the more I look at these sites, the more I realize the immense knowledge gap. Some things you just can't fathom, or improvise. Anyway, I'll give it one last try before throwing in the towel...
