The chaintech vnf4ultra mobo with the nforce 4 ultra chipset is on sale at newegg for only $91.99 shipped. I have this motherboard(paid $130 when it came out) and I would highly recommend it.

It's on sale again at newegg. 84.99 and free shipping. It's a nforce4 ultra, and it's cheaper than most nforce 4 vanilla boards. It's a good board, running well for 3 months for me.
