I might be frequently this site on account of my sad underknowledge of computers. I don't even know how to fill out the profile on my PC. :monkey:

My first issue here is regarding the volatile relationship between MS Outlook and Hotmail.

Go HERE (http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic17182.html) and read my post. You`ll notice a link to The Everest programme, that`ll give you lots of info about your system.

Someone else will be able to help you with the Outlook express thing. I can`t cause I`ve never used it.

I downloaded that program but there's so much information! I'm not sure what goes in the profile. :(

If in the Everest programme you click on computer, and then summary. You will find all the info you need for your user profile.
