I couldn't think of anything else at the spur of the moment, re a descriptive title. Anyhow, I just joined up a week ago or so. I'm not entirely new to computer diagnosing problems, etc., as anyone who has Windows installed will understand. I started with Windows 98 and so I know all about TROUBLE. There's a lot to learn and I don't mind learning it. There are lots of wise people on the Internet.
