Hi, First time on, I am no expert hence why I am asking for help please.
My PC has developed a problem in that it keeps on crashing. When it crashes, it reboots itself and displays a “serious error message” (as shown below). It tends to be when there is more than one software running or when running a game. (Usually, flight sim games such as IL2/Pacific Fighters. We are a family of 5 and rely on our PC from everything from the kid’s homework to listening to music to using it for work.
This is what we have tried so far to fix the problem believing there was some sort of conflict between various software . 1. Uninstalling all games. (Made no difference). 2. Uninstalling/re installing our ISP (AOL) (again, no difference). I even tried to re adjust our computer “to take it back to a point in time where it was running well” but alas even that has failed to cure the problem.
We have lived with this problem for over six months now and I am at a lost of how to go about fixings it. It’s becoming a irritating and frustrating problem and I need expert help. Thank you for any advise you can give. Regards Paul C
PC details:
Mircosoft Windows XP
Home Edition
Version 2002 Service Pack 2
Multivision Branded PC- AMD Athlon XP2100
1.74GHZ 512MB RAM (installed is also McAfee virus software & Spyboot)
If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together, and attach them here.

I have followed the advise in your reply but the problem is still there. As suggested I have zipped 4 (Only did to respect your guidelines on the limit size to upload) minidump file together in the hope that it could help in finding a solution.
Thank you once again for all you assistances.
Kind regards

3 minidumps crash at win32k.sys. Windows Multi-User Win32 Driver. They all have a bugcheck of 8E.
0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).
1 minidump crashes at ntoskrnl.exe. windows Boot Up Kernel. It has a bugcheck of 0A.
0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Typically due to a bad driver, or faulty or incompatible hardware or software. Technically, this error condition means that a kernel-mode process or driver tried to access a memory location to which it did not have permission, or at a kernel Interrupt ReQuest Level (IRQL) that was too high. (A kernel-mode process can access only other processes that have an IRQL lower than, or equal to, its own.)
Several files are referenced. McShield.exe=McAfee antivirus programme/msnmsgr.exe=MSN Messenger/waol.exe= America Online UI
Maybe updating/uninstalling/reinstalling these programmes will help.
