help Direct x problems

any game that needs direct 3D always has lines of dots all the way down my screen!!! annoying. any solutions?

Make sure ALL your drivers are up to date!!!!

i have a stock graphics card, i updated to dx9.0c. it used to work, but the dots started appering one day
