Id guess it was either overheating or corrupted drivers maybe?
Like SW said have you taken temps? and have you tried all the usual things like updating or rolling back your drivers?????

My temp for system is pretty good so it's not over heating, I did update my drivers and it fixed it

Maybe overclocked a wee bit too much????? sorry, just a stab. Artifacting maybe.
