I have just bought a new pc which freezes whenever I try to install anything from disc and a couple of times on start up, there's no pre cursor it just stops sharp and it doesn't respond to ctrl alt delete,i've had to switch it off and back on. I've tried to troubleshoot but, to be honest I'm a novice to the world of pc and as such, a bit confused. I did come across a load of system devices without drivers, the computer says that they do not need them but,do they and could this be the problem?I'd be grateful if any of you kind folk could help,it's marring the experience a bit.Cheers.
