I'm Chezzie [real name] I live in the Netherlands but I'm English. I don't know much about computers I'm afraid even though I sold them for 15 years [stop laughing!] I do know that I love using my laptop and the word comes to an end when things go wrong and things have gone wrong at the moment which is why I found this site.
