When Turning on the computer the screen remains completely black with the exception of this:
"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll"
It then recommends installing or fixing the file. Right before this screen came up it first would have the "Windows is Loading" scroll bar thing up but it would not go any further. Now it is doing this, please help!
