I work for a top level ISP doing tech support for people connecting to Internet edge routers. I'm very strong in L1-L3 issues and strong in L4 issues. I consider myself to be at power-user level in Windows and I'm working on getting to that point in 'NIX.

I've found myself here many times over the years after doing Google searches on obscure computer issues and today I decided to sign up so I could get better use of this site.

I'm very impressed with the level of detail provided by TechSpot members and I consider it an honor to be a part of this community.
