You have to go to http://www.techspot.com/vb and choose the appropriate forum. There is even a sticky regarding this topic.

Also, I would be careful posting your service tag anywhere. Only give whatever information that you feel safe giving. Just a safety precaution. This site isn't hacker free or spy free. We try to keep it that way, but nobody's perfect.
