You should never post your email in a public forum. If you really need to, replace the @ with AT (with spaces either side) and the . with DOT (spaces either side). Click the edit button on your post to take the email addresses out or change them if you want to keep them there.

Also, I would recommend putting the Bebo link in your profile as your "homepage", then when used click your username in a thread, they can click "See martious's home page!" and it will take them there.
