I am a Migration Support Consultant work for some Big names as a contractor in London. I came to this forum to find a solution for a Rootkit ZEDO spyware harassing me with Blank Pop-ups.
My Main System Specs are below:

rest is usual kb, mouse, WIFI
ADSL 24Mbps Broadband Connection
Netgear DG834GT Wireless Router
I am ECDL, MCSE, A+, Network+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) Certified.

I guess the first thing to ascertain would be - do you use any antivirus, firewall, antispyware software on your system?
