Hi All, I am new to TechSpot and am glad to be a part of this forum.
As a business manager in Jamaica I use the pc mostly for data storage, numbers crunching, information gathering & reporting, and communications.

I would say that my sons (15, 12 and 5) spend more time repectively at the pc
controls than I do. Ahh well I guess they actually grew up using it.

We occasionally pick up viruses, malware, etc, and need help in getting rid of them.
A google search this afternoon, to find solution for a "CID" pop-up that has been annoying us for over one week, led me to TechSpot.

It sure is great to know that there is help on the www for the non-techie pc user like myself. Hope that I'll be of help to someone at sometime.
