C:\ $Mft Corrupt file and unreadable

that is one of the main messages I got.. I also get others that are corrupt and not readable as well. I read somewhere that some one ran a-squared and deleted everything and I am still geting those messages when I open Window washer for example.

Also I tried to run disk defrag, and it said that Chkdsk is scheduled to run and it isn't and tell me to run Chkdsk /f

I need help, all this just started and it's bothering me cause i don't know how/when it decided to do this

I did that once too and asked if i wanted to let it run on restart and i clicked yes once and it didn't bring up a screen on restart or anything
