Hi, mohrng reporting in. I joined up in hopes of getting help with my Security Toolbar 7.1 problem... I've posted a thread about that in the proper place. I don't know much about computers, and frankly technology kind of scares me. But it makes my life (ostensibly) easier, and I use it every day. So I guess I might as well learn to use it better, right?

Pleased to meet you, mohrng. You are dead on, you really should learn to use it. The best thing about this new technology is that it is very easy to learn. If you wanted to you could very possibly, within months, be diagnosing your own problems. I started figuring a lot of mine out myself after just reading about them on here.
